This Week’s Grocery Haul

Below is what I purchased this week for all of our meals. Keep in mind this may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and any other items I need to stock up on. 

This is a very realistic idea of what I spend on a weekly basis as a family of 5.

    Monday- Turkey Burger (Vegan, 2 Pints Olive Oil, Organic Peas)
    Tuesday- Whole Chicken & Wild Rice Salad Bowl- $10/meal
    Lunch Wednesday: Roasted Tomatoes, Avocados, And Red Pepper Tuna Sandwich on Toasted French Bread + Side Of Fresh Carrot Sticks
    Thursday: Soba Noodle Soup with Vegetables And Shichimi Onsen Green Tea Sorbet for 6 or more
    Lone Pine Salmon from Blue River Barbecue for dinner ($6/pound)- $25 per pound
    Friday – Leftover Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Sweet Potato Crust + side of roasted tomatoes + cherry tomatoes
    Saturday: Veggie Fried Pickles with 1 Salad bowl of greens & broccoli; 6 to 10 oz Greek Beef Fillet
    Sunday- Hot Cocoyaki Steak Filled With Raw Coconut Bacon
